Cancellations & NO-SHOWS
Cancellations within 48hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% charge for the reserved service.
No-Shows will result in a full 100% charge for the REServed service.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not issue refunds for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, we offer adjustments within one week of your appointment.
Children in the salon
For the comfort, safety and relaxation of all guest, The Color Lounge maintains a no- children policy.children under the age 18 are not premitted in the salon unless they are receiving a scheduled service with a stylist. we appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide a calm,SAFE AND PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT FOR BOTH OUR GUEST AND TEAM.
